The following terms and conditions (the “Official Rules”) apply to a recurrent contest (the “Contest”), for eligible entrants compliant with the Official Rules (the “Entrants”), wherein valid tickets to a special event, i.e. concert, music festival, sporting event or other ticketed special event (the “Event”) will be given away via the method described below (the “Drawing”). If any of the Official Rules are found invalid or in violation of any state law, only the specific noncompliant portion of such shall be invalid, and the remainder of the Official Rules shall still be in effect and binding upon entrants.
1. SPONSOR
2/Three Wins LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company (“Sponsor”), is the organizer of this contest. The contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with any third-party entities unless explicitly stated.
2. ELIGIBILITY
This contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other entity involved in the development, administration, or fulfillment of the contest are not eligible to participate.
3. ENTRY PERIOD
The Contest shall open and close at Sponsor’s discretion, with all reasonable efforts made by the Sponsor to conclude the Contest and announce the Winner at least fifteen (15) days prior to the Event starting. The Contest shall begin when announced publicly via Sponsor’s website and social media accounts and the Contest shall end on the Final Submission Date, as defined below (the "Entry Period"). All entries, regardless of method of entry, must be received by 12:00 a.m. on the Final Submission Date to be eligible. The Drawing shall take place three (3) days after the Final Submission Date (the “Drawing Date”).
4. HOW TO ENTER
There are two ways to enter:
a) Purchase Entry:
Each purchase of a unique apparel item from Sponsor’s website during the relevant Entry Period will automatically grant one (1) entry into the drawing.
b) Free Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”):
To enter without making a purchase, mail a handwritten 3"x5" card with your full name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and a brief (50-word minimum) statement of why you want to win the Prize, to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the end of the day, seven (7) days prior to the Drawing Date, and received by the end of the day, three (3) days prior to the Drawing Date (the “Final Submission Date”) to be eligible. Limit one (1) entry per envelope. No mechanically reproduced entries allowed.
Limit one (1) entry per person, per household, regardless of method of entry.
5. PRIZE
For each iteration of the Contest, one (1) Winner will receive:
· Two (2) tickets to the Event on the Date published for each Prize at the location published for each Event.

The Prize is non-transferable, and no cash or prize substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion.
6. WINNER SELECTION & ODDS
The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on the Drawing Date. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION & VERIFICATION
The potential Winner will be notified via email and/or phone within five (5) days of the drawing. The Winner must respond within five (5) days and may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release, and a W-9 tax form. If the Winner does not respond in time, is found ineligible, or fails to comply with these rules, an alternate Winner may be selected, randomly from the remaining entrants. This process shall repeat, if potential Winners are ineligible
8. TAXES & EXPENSES
The Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs associated with the prize. The Winner will receive a Form 1099 for tax reporting purposes.
9. PUBLICITY RELEASE
By accepting the Prize, the Winner grants the Sponsor the right to use their name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. The Winner further agrees to post on their personal social media accounts (including Facebook, X, Instagram, and/or Tik Tok) and tag Sponsor in relation to their Prize at least once during the Event.
10. GENERAL CONDITIONS
- Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, inaccurate, forged, or otherwise violates these Rules.
- Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if fraud, technical issues, or any other factors impair its integrity.
- Tennessee law and United States federal law apply to this contest, and any disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee.
11. PRIVACY POLICY
Personal information collected will be used solely for contest administration and will not be shared or sold. See our Privacy Policy HERE.
12. WINNER LIST
To obtain a list of the Winner(s) of past contests, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Mailing Address at least thirty (30) days before expecting to receive it.
By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and all Sponsor decisions, which are final and binding.
